A former senior leader within the public sector, Alex is a HR practitioner with wide experience in leading and managing the people elements arising from organisational change including relocation, restructuring, redundancy and changes to terms and conditions.
Alex is an excellent communicator, negotiator and facilitator who has led consultation processes with Trade Unions and staff representatives. Her interpersonal skills enable Alex to quickly build strong working relationships, engage with staff affected by change and motivate teams as she is personable, enthusiastic and gives confidence.
Her wide-ranging operational HR experience and pragmatic problem-solving approach make Alex ideally placed to deliver on change programmes and developing effective people strategies to deliver high quality staff engagement.
