Janice Smith MBA FCIPD

Janice has held Executive Director positions in various social businesses. Her most recent position was Strategy & Business Support Director at Midland Heart, a position she held for 8 years. Midland Heart is a £180 million turnover business with 2000 employees.

She has led large scale transformational change programmes, brought organisational cultures together and designed and delivered nationally recognised leadership development programmes, talent and succession management strategies.

Janice has three outstanding specialisms:

• Delivering executive and leadership coaching programmes that fulfil rigorous professional standards, address key personal goals, shape organisational culture and yield discernible positive impact.

She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, has an MBA and is a qualified and accredited Executive Coach.
