A former HR Director across several organisations and sectors. John is an experienced HR and Organisational Development strategist and practitioner. He has a strong commercial background having also worked in sales and marketing and latterly as a CEO and Chief Operating Officer in the public and third sectors.
John is a skilled negotiator, mediator and coach and has a strong track record of managing change, team and individual development and strategy development.
He is a board member of Edinburgh Leisure and the Leith Community Fund and Leith Trust.
