Evelyn Fearon is a chartered member of the CIPD, a qualified conflict resolution mediator and a specialist para-legal in employment law. With over 30 years’ in-depth experience of HR across the public sector and Employee Relations in particular, Evelyn has a proven track record in carrying out forensic multi-faceted evidence-based investigations, undertaking complex management case reviews with a view to protecting the organisation from protracted and costly litigation as well as expertise in facilitating and chairing hearings and appeals. 

Evelyn has worked with customers, stakeholders and trades unions in delivering solution-focused outcomes for complex and large transformational change programmes, to the management of sensitive, high-risk performance cases, including the safeguarding of vulnerable children and adults.

She has experience of developing, consulting, and delivering accessible and user-friendly policies and procedures, and has a reputation for excellent project management skills. 

Her straight-forward style is credible, engaging, interactive and flexible, as well as challenging, thought-provoking and a real attention to detail.
